About Me
Hi, I’m Brittani, a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner. I help people explore their inner world with curiosity and care, offering a safe space to navigate big emotions, discover new insights, and develop practical skills for everyday life.
I have been trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and overwhelm, as well as those seeking more joy, meaning, and balance in their lives.
With a background in mental health, healthcare, online learning design, and project management, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals, communities and organizations through transitions and challenges.
I also design and deliver engaging training programs in the health and wellness field, including initiatives for family caregivers, tools for survivors of childhood trauma, and resources to support therapists and facilitators. My goal is always to equip people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to better care for themselves and those they support.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: growth happens when we feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that truly fit our lives.
